Fattoush with Pomegranate molasses

Extremely fresh salad containing several herbs and vegetables, in addition to the grilled bread broken into small pieces and a good amount of sumac , all topped with a dose of pomegranate molasses for a sweet and tart flavor
ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce | 1
- Tomatoes | 3
- English cucumber | ½
- Radish | ½ bunch
- Spring onions | 4
- Italian Parsley | 1 bunch
- Mint | ½ bunch
- Lebanese bread | 2 small
- Olive oil | 10 tbsp
- Pomegranate molasses | 3½ tbsp
- Sumac | 1 tbsp
- Salt

How to cook Fattoush with Pomegranate molasses
- Pre-heat the oven to 300 F
- Thin out the leaves of the parsley and the mint
- Cut the romaine into strips, the tomatoes into cubes, the radishes and the onions into slices, and thinly slice the cucumber
- Cut the bread into 1 in squares and separate the two sides, spread on a baking sheet and grill in the oven for 10 min
- Toss the bread with the olive oil and the sumac to keep it crispy
- Toss all ingredients with the bread just before serving
- Add the pomegranate molasses and salt to taste
