- Flour, sifted | 5.3 oz
- Butter, softened | 3.5 oz
- Sugar | 3.5 oz
- Eggs | 2
- Milk | 2 tbsp
- Orange blossom water | 2 tbsp

How to cook Madeleines with orange blossom
- Whisk the eggs and the sugar until you get a white paste
- Gradually add the flour and the baking powder, then incorporate the butter and the milk
- Add the orange blossom water. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 30 min
- Pre-heat the oven to 425 F
- Pour 1 tbsp of the paste into each well buttered pocket of the madeleines mold
- Bake for 4 minutes then reduce temperature to 355 F and continue baking for an additional 4 to 6 minutes.
- Let the madeleines cool down before savoring
- Dip the madeleine in whipped cream while tasting for a gourmet touch
